My clients need support as they face challenges and overwhelming obstacles in their life. They want to gain healing and wellness from emotional distress, trauma, and past hurts. They need to reconcile their current life situations with what they had planned for their future. My clients suffer from grief, loss, anxiety, depression, isolation, abuse, violence, and struggle to find healthy ways to cope with life on life's terms. My clients have relationship difficulties, and long for a safe therapeutic environment to process their deepest hurts and set new goals for the future. My clients seek connection.
I can help by creating a safe space for my client to heal. I provide education on diagnosis, and support problem solving, linkage to resources, and help my client gain insight and identify the root cause of the problem at hand. I shift my approach based on client need, cognitive ability, and motivation to change. Targeted Case Management available.
