My specialty has been in treatment for anxiety and OCD, but I also consider my training to be somewhat diverse. I have received training in couples counseling, treatment for children with autism, and I have worked in a substance abuse treatment setting.
My approach for the treatment for anxiety and OCD is through a method called Exposure and Response Prevention. This is the gold standard for treatment of OCD. I have an array of other methods and trainings that I use to inform my practice. I tailor the treatment to meet the individuals needs.
