Healthy is a practice, much like mindfulness is a practice. Small, daily healthy tasks or habits can lead to powerful changes in someone's life. Small, but powerful, changes look different for everyone. At Body and Mindfully Healthy, we offer a variety of treatment options for depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, substance use disorders, and more. This is a group practice, which means that you will be offered an appointment with an available clinician as soon as possible.
Melissa Londry, LPC, EMDR Certified therapist, KAP trained, and an approved supervisor for residents in counseling. Additional licensed therapists: Jenn Estep, LPC and Chauncy Doan, LPC. Residents at Body and Mindfully Healthy include: Monica Swann, Tammy Beach, Katie Hash, Zoe Arnold, Christy Hawks, and Hannah Ingo. Trudi Jackson is an intern.
Melissa provides clinical supervision, consulting, coaching, and counseling. Additionally, Melissa offers EMDR Intensives, which are not covered by insurance and on a self-pay basis (learn more on our website).
