I have been a therapist for 16 years and have been in private practice for over 13 years. My training includes evidence-based treatments for depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am experienced in working with family dysfunction, addiction, legal system involvement, spiritual/faith struggles, marriage challenges, and chronic health conditions.
As a cancer survivor who has also faced mental health issues and family dysfunction, I bring professional experience and deep compassion to my work. I hope to support and guide you through life’s heavier seasons while helping you move toward healing, clarity, and resilience.
