Women's Coming Out Later in Life Support Group
It's not unusual for women's sexuality to shift. It's also not unusual for women to delay coming out as lesbian, gay, bi, queer, pan, curious, questioning or 'No labels, please!' due to social, religious and family pressures. This is a safe, intimate space (now online & back in person) that allows you to be curious at your own pace, get comfortable in your own skin and begin to explore the meaning of these issues for you. Information on this group and how to participate is at MelissaLesterLCSW.com. (Open to GA residents only due to licensure limitations.)

EFT Tapping Community Group
EFT Tapping is a form of self-applied acupressure that can be used to reduce anxiety, process distress, enhance performance and more. This Group is an Introduction to EFT Tapping as well as an opportunity to practice your Tapping skills with others in a Group format. Our meetings often include some brief education, demonstrations, group tapping and/or tapping in pairs, all depending on what the group requests that day. Join us to learn something new, take care of yourself, and meet like-minded folks. This group is FREE.
