I offer a compassionate and supportive space where clients can grow, explore new perspectives, and build confidence. I believe that supporting the full context of an individual’s environment strengthens their personal growth. I work with individuals and with couples. For individuals I specialize in grief counseling, supporting those with chronic and acute illness, end of life transitions, substance use misuse, parenting stress, and foster and adoptive families.
A key part of my approach includes helping clients develop practical coping strategies, strengthen communication, and create clear, goal oriented plans for change. I integrate direct and honest guidance with a relationship centered, solution-based style to create meaningful and effective therapeutic experiences.
In my work with individuals receiving end of life care, I integrate Dignity Therapy which is designed to support psychological, existential, and emotional wellbeing. I facilitate exploration of a client’s life narrative, core values, and meaningful experiences, helping them articulate what has been most meaningful in their lives.
