Sometimes, life is hard. In today’s world, many of us are faced with more pressures and complicated circumstances than ever before. My professional experience has centered around working with teens and adults both in-person and online in Louisiana. I work with clients on trauma and stress, life transitions and relationship concerns, and adoption-related issues.
My main focus is to help clients live in greater harmony with their emotions so that they can respond to situations in ways that are more in line with their core needs and value system.
