I specialize in various approaches/interventions scientifically proven as effective in working with individuals, couples, and children/ adolescents related to trauma, attachment, and identity.
Nobody comes into marriage or family life anticipating how hard it can be. Most people want their marriages to work, but find themselves in cyclical patterns that tend to repeat themselves over and over again. Raising kids can be just as exhausting, overwhelming, and difficult. Often, clients feel they are failing in every area despite their best effort.
I am here to help you gain insight and experience joy again.
