I am a registered nurse and have worked as a therapist for over 20 years with adolescents and adults dealing with various issues including stress, anxiety, depression, self esteem, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, and grief & loss. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT concepts, mindfulness and meditation to meld mind/body strategies for change.
I believe each individual has unique strengths and abilities to make positive changes no matter how big or small. The process isn’t always pretty and can sometimes be painful but you will never be alone. Therapy is a tool you can use to make positive changes, gain coping strategies, overcome challenges, and heal.
