My goal is to help you "get your life back" from mental illness, depression, anxiety, self-improvement, marriage conflict, PTSD, or difficult children. While I can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.

I can use a number of different approaches that would help you including emotion-focused therapy, hypnosis, NLP, cognitive processing therapy, EMDR, Gestalt, play therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Groups for PTSD and depression/anxiety for adults using CPT and CBT. Groups are helpful as they are at a reduced cost and can learn from others.

Within the practice, I work with a variety of populations including marriage and family, play therapy (children and adolescents), and mood disorders.
