I am a Christian who practices Family Systems, CBT, Marital/Premarital Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Amen Brain Health Coaching with adults. Therapy usually lasts between 8-20 sessions, depending on the nature of your problems, how long they have been bothering you and whether or not you have worked through any of the issues in the past.
