Neurodivergent Support and Skills Group

Adults 18+, formal or self-diagnoses are welcome! We are accepting new clients who are seeking support and validation in an unmasked group of neurodivergent adults. You can expect social connections of those of us with lived experience, and education on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. The term neurodivergent includes anyone who feels that their brain processes information in a way that is not typical of most individuals. This can be ADHD, autism, OCD, giftedness, learning, sensory, neurological or developmental differences, etc. $50 per group.
