Are you looking to increase your coping skills and support system, however are having difficulty doing so authentically? Have you been noticing feeling burnt out, or are you having trouble feeling good about yourself despite all of your hard work and accomplishments? My mission is to provide support to those seeking to define and achieve balance in the unique way that is important to them. I approach each session in a warm, down to earth manner, with a foundation of empathy, respect, and compassion to promote emotional healing.
There is a wait-list at this time for new individual clients, however, please contact us if you are interested in group therapy for education and support to adults who define themselves as neurodivergent (self or formal diagnosis accepted)!

Neurodivergent Support and Skills Group
Adults 18+, formal or self-diagnoses are welcome! We are accepting new clients who are seeking support and validation in an unmasked group of neurodivergent adults. You can expect social connections with lived experience, and education on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. The term neurodivergent includes anyone who feels that their brain processes information in a way that is not typical of most individuals. This can be ADHD, autism, OCD, giftedness, learning, sensory, neurological or developmental differences, etc.
