I am bilingual. I've treated various presenting issues, including depression, trauma, anxiety, sexual issues, multicultural concerns, family conflicts, intimate relationship and substance issues. As a former Mental Health Specialist in the US Army, I have also worked with soldiers suffering from PTSD and now continue to serve as a Nationally Accredited Veteran Service Officer.
I provide brief, solution-focused, culturally sensitive therapy. I have experience with Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am here to help you navigate complex family dynamics/interpersonal relationships as a result of trauma. We also offer immigration evaluations.
