Life has challenges; some up and some down. We can feel anxious, sad, alone or sometimes just stuck with no clear direction.. That's when we find ourselves needing a partner to walk alongside us as we navigate the things life throws our way. I am a counselor with over 16 years of experience assisting individuals who took a big step towards wellness by doing just what you are doing today. I use evidence based practices to address some of our most common concerns in life, including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Exposure Therapy (ERP) and Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for OCD.
My approach in addressing these challenges centers around my belief that each and every individual has their own strengths and wisdom that they bring to counseling. My job is to help those I work with access those skills and utilize them to reach their goals. As a counselor, I may be an expert in mental health, but you are the expert on you!
