My goal is to help you feel supported and empowered to make significant changes in your life and improve overall well being.
I have enjoyed working with a wide variety of clients including individuals who are dealing with lifelong chronic illness, maternal issues; including perinatal mood disorders, trauma or loss, parenting, and adults who are trying to figure out their path in life, coping with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship issues.
