Do you struggle with knowing what you want out of life? Do you have a hard time in and out of relationships? I help people to form a meaningful relationship with themself and others. My specialties include women’s concerns, relational and attachment concerns, and disordered eating. Feeling lost in life, the on the edge feeling of anxiety, the weighted down feelings of depression, and preoccupation with weight and food do not need to define you and be a part of your daily life. I have seen clients begin the journey of healing and achieve the healthy and happy life they want.
I enjoy working with individuals working through women's concerns, relational and attachment concerns, and disordered eating because the individuals coming to see me tend to be perceptive, intelligent, and determined people who thrive when internal regulation begins to occur. I use a somatic and attachment approach, which I believe leads to deeper healing.
I believe therapeutic work cannot begin unless there is a therapeutic rapport, which is why I encourage open communication about what is and isn't working. I incorporate bottom up approaches, including somatic experiencing and other experiential modalities. Call me today and let's get started!
