I foster a warm, open hearted therapy experience to work along side of patients to identify their unique strengths and goals and break down barriers to access healing and joy.
I am trained in Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy through the ARCH framework and partner with Riverwood Therapeutic Riding to offer a unique therapeutic option. Relationships with others and ourselves are so impactful on our quality of life. By utilizing IFS, EMDR,Attachment Theory principals, we can gain better understanding on how we interact with the world
