About
Becoming a mother can be rewarding, but also confusing and scary. The journey of trying to get pregnant, being pregnant, and transitioning to motherhood is often filled with mixed emotions and anxiety. Maybe the coping tools that used to work are no longer serving you. Or maybe your support system isn't as robust as you'd like it. Either way, I am here to help support YOU in this important life transition.
I have a passion for serving the needs of all women, with a special focus on supporting women at various phases of their reproductive journey. This includes trouble with fertility, loss of a pregnancy, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (such as postpartum depression or anxiety), difficulty adjusting to parenthood, or support for raising a complex child.
My own journey of becoming a mother led me to explore a second career as a mental health counselor. I believe my work in both counseling and the business world allows me to bring a unique perspective to the therapeutic relationship.
