Announcement icon I am currently holding online, video or photo session with clients via FaceTime, WhatsApp, Hangout, phone or online teletherapy session
I work with individuals in a supportive and creative environment to open dialogue and explore life's challenges. The opportunity to engage in verbal or non-verbal expression can support to reframe the past, their thoughts, emotions, life patterns, and to discover a deeper awareness of themselves.
I am licensed as a creative art therapist with a Ph. D. in clinical psychology. Some clients choose to engage in art process while others do not. I believe the most important component to therapy is developing a trusting relationship so there can be honesty and a deeper confidence in saying whatever needs to be stated.
As a creative arts therapist, I work with art, dreams, child and adult "play" through imagery and story-making. I encourage free association to open up blocked areas of your life. I emphasize an approach of curiosity instead of criticism to more deeply explore one's self.

Professional Connections

Kate is very intuitive in her work, which helps her understand her patients and feel their pain in a very compassionate and perceptive way. I'd recommend anyone to see Kate.
