I don't believe that therapy is something that can be done the exact same way for every person who comes seeking support for their own unique reasons, causes, or crisis.

I've spent 30 years working with adolescents and adults, in a variety of roles and settings. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space for clients from all communities.
My eclectic approach to therapy is based on the unique needs of my clients. I have personally experienced therapy, so I know how vulnerable, raw, and exposing it feels at times.
