I often hear from folks when things don’t feel okay, there is intensity with a fellow human in their world, or they are avoiding a conversation with a loved one. This might be connected to unresolved pain shaping your life and you might not recognize it. All you know is something is not working. I specialize in working with you to move past the pain, and claiming your authentic self. Painful experiences are held in your nervous system and when you get activated the nervous system takes over and you may have emotional outbursts, numbing, distancing yourself from others, or striving to please others. It doesn’t have to be like this.
During our work together, I'll highlight your strengths and teach you skills to grow in connecting to yourself; perhaps for the first time. I hold individuals and/or couples at the center of the work together. I am hopeful for your healing. I do this work as I’ve experienced a warm, authentic, and compassionate partner in the counseling room.
In our work together, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to heal past traumas and their impact. You’ll experience a better connection with yourself and others in our work together. The Relational Space
The Relational Space group will foster an environment where you can connect in meaningful ways and gain exposure to new perspectives with yourself and others. This group is for you if you are looking to improve your relationship with others, Maybe you feel lonely or lacking connections with those you're close love ones. You may be successful in professional settings and yet feel dissatisfied in relationships. Group will be twelve weeks long starting on September 10th. VIRTUAL GROUP. Group size is limited to 6 people. All individuals over age of 20 are welcomed.
