The Relational Space
The Relational Space group will foster an environment where you can connect in meaningful ways and gain exposure to new perspectives with yourself and others. This group is for you if you are looking to improve your relationship with others, Maybe you feel lonely or lacking connections with those you're close love ones. You may be successful in professional settings and yet feel dissatisfied in relationships. Group will be twelve weeks long starting on September 10th. VIRTUAL GROUP. Group size is limited to 6 people. All individuals over age of 20 are welcomed.

Rupture to Recovery Group (Codependency)
The group is for adults who are separated, estranged, detached, or otherwise living without connection to their parents/caregivers due to distance, death, addiction, mental health, or separation by choice. This interpersonal experience is a place where members can connect in meaningful ways and gain support through complex relational dynamics. The primary audience for this group is adults looking to process their relationship with difficult family members and the ripple effects of having complicated family relationships. Ripple effects may look like anxiety in relationships, avoiding conflict, self doubt, depression, loneliness, and/or exhaustion. VIRTUAL GROUP.

An expressive art group—designed to help you feel regulated, increase resiliency and address burnout. It is for Adults (ages 18+), Medical Professionals (nurses, doctors, etc), Nursing Students, Therapists, and Case Managers.
