I have over 15 years experience as a psychotherapist working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are individuals, couples and family therapy, and premarital counseling.
I work with individuals who have mild depression, anxiety, grief, career issues, anger, stress management, trauma recovery, pastoral couples counseling and so much more. In addition to being in private practice, I have been a Senior pastor's wife for the past 27 years.
I also have a burden to help pastors, their wives/spouses and their families. For many, the church has been a place of refuge and a refueling station. This is not always the reality for pastoral families. Where do they go for support, encouragement, and nourishment? I am available to help.
