I have a passion for connecting and helping people reach balance, direction, and live a more fulfilling life. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families. I have worked with people from various backgrounds with anxiety, depression, grief, stages of life, trauma, severe mental illness, and marital/relationship, and identity issues. Therapy is highly effective, but requires openness, patience, and dedication! I would love to work with you and help you on this journey called “Life.”
I currently use a variety of modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution focused techniques, mindfulness therapy, and some meditative practices/affirmations. I am currently taking new clients and offering 30 min, 60 min, or 90 min sessions by phone/ zoom/ and in office. Contact me for special pricing and/or last minute sessions.
