I have learned that my purpose in life is to help others; to assist people in feeling connected and know that they are not alone in their journey of life. I draw from my personal and professional experiences to support others in their process of healing and recovery. I am particularly drawn to practices such as Internal Family Systems, Body Centered Psychotherapy, breathwork, neuropsychotherapy, and mindfulness to help my clients cultivate a healthy relationship with themselves, others, and the world around them.
I have experience in residential treatment centers working with individuals facing substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotion regulation challenges. I’m IFS Level 2 certified, a neuropsychotherapist, and currently enrolled in neurosomatic intelligence training. I’m passionate about helping clients regulate their nervous system.
One of my greatest joys in being a therapist is cultivating a trusting relationship with my clients, providing a safe space where they can be vulnerable and explore buried, wounded parts of themselves. I am honored to witness the healing of deep wounds that often drive unhealthy or harmful behaviors.
