The primary goal in my work is to bridge the gap between caregivers and their children, helping to improve family relationships and create a more peaceful and connected home. I specialize in providing family therapy and supporting caregivers who are struggling to meet their child’s behavioral or mental health needs. I also support caregivers who want to increase their parental teamwork and establish a more productive co-parenting relationship. Additionally, I provide counseling services to children and adolescents who are struggling at home and/or school, often due to difficulties with emotional regulation, depression, or anxiety.
I provide caregivers the tools and support they need to meet the unique needs of their children. My practice is grounded in a deep understanding of relational neuroscience with a focus on connection, parental & youth safety, and self-regulation skills. I offer Attachment-Based Family Therapy, Nonviolent Resistance Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy.
