About

If you are feeling like a square peg in a round hole, I am the therapist for you. If you or your family member is a zebra in a world of apples and oranges, you will feel right at home. My passion is working with these individuals, whether child or teen or adult, in an authentic, non-judgmental way. Together we will build a space where you can be your full self and practice ways of celebrating who you are. In our sessions we'll do this through drawing, painting, collage, journaling, tarot cards, virtual reality, sand tray, or even just talking about your favorite show or movie.
Very often my work includes people with identity issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, body image issues, social and emotional awareness, self-esteem, and family/social relationships. I've also worked with ADHD, internet/gaming/social media addictions, spiritual or religious trauma, sports performance, and career counseling.
Whatever the case, I help build resilience while honoring any loss or challenges around my client's journey. My holistic approach lets us explore the highest highs and lowest lows of your identity and experience, weaving in and out of the ideal and real to find your growing edge. If any of this resonates, please don't wait to shoot me an email or text today.
