It has been my honor and privilege to work with a variety of individuals from all walks of life. In that work, I've found therapy to be most beneficial when clients: have a desire to change, even the smallest amount of hope that change is possible, and they are open to topics and techniques (some of which may be non-traditional) that may assist them with making desired and long-lasting changes.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & an EAGALA certified mental health professional, specializing in work with adolescents & adults with mental health difficulties, such as chronic stress, depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relationship problems, anger issues, or low self-esteem. I also specialize in veteran care, SMI, women's issues, & childhood trauma.
My goal is to meet each client where they are, providing a safe and supportive environment that assists w/ creating the change they desire.
