It’s time consuming to sort through profiles; and for that I am so glad you’ve found your way here. I can be there to support you where you’re at right now. Therapy can feel overwhelming; maybe you've asked- where do I start? That is super common! Therapy is more than talking; it’s a safe, healing space filled with both laughter and tears. It’s all welcome and all part of the process. I enjoy working with individuals who may be navigating difficult relationships—whether that be family, romantic or something else! Navigating conflict or life transitions can be tough on our own; at times we just need a little extra support.
I have experience utilizing an eclectic approach to help my clients grow, heal, and highlight their own strengths. I also work closely with those experiencing difficulties with ADHD management and assist them in reducing stress and making life feel less complicated! I use a warm approach to help clients uncover their strengths and untangle the knots.
