My goal as your therapist is to create a space where you feel validated, understood, valued, and educated on ways to heal while working through the pain that brings you to my office.
I work with teens and adults. I am EMDR trained and use this as my primary way of helping people get to a healthy mental place in their life. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment based family therapy, and I am trained in many other techniques that help bring hope and healing back into your life.
