At the core of my approach is a firm belief that true healing cannot happen without a foundation of trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship. Over time, I will work collaboratively with you to help you understand how the past has shaped the present, using IFS-informed parts work to explore your inner world, and EMDR to reprocess traumatic memories.
As a former member of a "high-demand group" (the LDS Church), I know first-hand how isolating and difficult it can be trying to find yourself and to build a new life after leaving.
