About
I offer individual therapy for adults ages 18 and beyond, with an expertise in developmental trauma recovery. I use a variety of methods including Somatic Experiencing, ART(Accelerated Resolution Therapy), AEDP, Pia Mellody's Post Induction Therapy(Codependency), Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment Theory, and NARM(NeuroAffective Relational Model). My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work to help each individual build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed accomplishing.
My office is located just 10 minutes from Downtown, at 2111 Dickson #33, 78704, accessible from Westlake, South and Southwest Austin, and areas South of MLK St. Office hours are scheduled Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm.
