I specialize in helping people heal from developmental trauma, relational issues, parent/adult children conflict, codependency and people pleasing and religious trauma. I am trained and utilize NARM, Accelerated Resolution Therapy(ART), SE, AEDP, and other approaches to guide you through deep emotional healing that is tailored to your individual needs.
