I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 17 years of experience supporting children, teens, young adults, couples, and families. Since obtaining my license in 2015, I’ve helped clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions in both individual and family settings. My work focuses on stabilizing moods, strengthening family unity, improving thought processing, and building effective coping and mindfulness skills. In addition to private practice, I’m the author of “Emotionally Intelligent: Life Skills for Every Generation,” and the creator of WiseEmotions com.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my primary form of therapeutic delivery. The identification how thoughts are triggering certain feelings, which are causing various behaviors is beneficial for individuals, families, and marriage. With your approval, I include scripture from the Bible to support the need for intentional changes in thoughts and/or behaviors.
