I offer a compassionate, grounded space to help you work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, addiction recovery, chronic illness, and relationship challenges. I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen and supported, and that real change comes from connecting to your strengths and values. In our work together, I’ll bring evidence-based approaches tailored to your goals, always honoring your pace and voice. With individuals, I draw from modalities like CBT and strength-based therapy to foster clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Medicare. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
