I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgian Court University and a Master’s Degree in Holistic Health. My postgraduate work at Georgian Court University started a journey in expanding my clinical skills in unison with evidence based holistic interventions that promote emotional wellness and self awareness. I am committed to providing healing in treatment for those struggling with, trauma, anxiety, post traumatic distress, mood disorders, personality disorders, grief/loss, life transitions/adjustment, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
I practice from a holistic client centered approach. I have experience in Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I incorporate Adlerian, Eclectic and Existential philosophies that help individuals and families find interventions that promote growth and change in a compassionate and healing space of nonjudgment.
I believe self care and self compassion are the path to finding deeper meaning in life. Healing and caring for ourselves allows us to offer our best self in all relationships. I recognize therapy as the foundation of self care. I have passion for helping others resolve emotional barriers and experience life from a healthy perspective across the life span.
