Sometimes you are just tired of not feeling like yourself. You've been through hard things and are ready to move beyond the pain. I love to help the clients heal from their trauma and move forward with more confidence. I have a results driven approach that is high energy while holding space for those intense emotions. This is not a sit in the corner and stare at you therapy, we explore beliefs and systems that may be holding us back from who we want to be. I am Master Trained in ART, helping people with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and phobias by using guided eye movement and imagery to reframe distressing memories.
We’ll start by identifying the areas affecting you the most and then work through those as we unravel the complexity of emotions, building skills, confidence, self-determination, and peace along the way.
