At Dharma Counseling I work with clients on their healing journey to overcome issues they are struggling with to feel more whole and in control of themselves. I provide an empathic, non-judgmental space and work in a collaboration with clients to identify and move forward towards their individual recovery goals.
I am skilled in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Therapy and trauma informed therapy. I provide clients with an empathetic and non-judgmental space to support them through the events and stressors that brought them to therapy.
I have worked with adults in a variety of settings such as community mental health, private practice, and hospitals. I have experience in working with clients who have various mental health symptoms and diagnosis. These opportunities have allowed me the experience to learn how best to help my clients in unique ways.
