Every time I see my clients, I want them to leave with a tool to put to work in their lives. I believe that new skills are only as good as they are practiced, so homework is an important part of doing therapy with me.
My goal is to help you reach yours. In order to do that I create a safe space for my clients to be able to process difficult thoughts and feelings. I want for my clients to feel confident that their struggles, their stories, their pain and frustrations, none of it is too big to work through. Where there is hope, there is help.
