About
I believe we all have the capacity to live fulfilling lives, but sometimes we become overwhelmed and don't know in which direction to move. I use a practical, solution focused approach to help you identify and achieve your goals.
I work with those struggling with eating disorders, individuals and their family members living with, or recovering from cancer, and those suffering from chronic pain, panic attacks, adjustment issues, and anxiety. My theoretical approach is mainly Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapy. I work with individuals 10 years of age and older, couples, and families.
I am a board member with the Brain Injury Association of Washington(BIAWA, Member- Inland Northwest Coalition of Eating Disorders(INCED), Member- American Counseling Association(ACA), Member- National Board for Certified Counselors(NBCC)
