I believe that inner peace is attainable for everyone. I use a humanistic approach to therapy based on individual needs and personality. My style is active engagement, authenticity, and humor to heal when appropriate. I don’t believe in black and white thinking and understand we all have unique journeys and experiences.

My seven years of experience in the mental health field have allowed me to work with individuals experiencing PTSD, Co-Occurring, Substance Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Grief, and identity disorders.
