My specialty is attachment-based, trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples. I work at the intersection of attachment trauma, ADHD, and trauma-related stress, including PTSD. Therapy focuses on helping clients understand their relational and nervous system patterns, slow down reactivity, and build safer, more secure ways of relating. With couples, we work to identify negative cycles and strengthen emotional connection. With individuals, we focus on regulation, insight, and practical strategies that support real-life functioning.
Many people come to therapy because trauma has shaped how their nervous system responds—staying on high alert, shutting down, or reacting under stress. I help couples break attachment-based cycles, first responders and military members process trauma and reduce survival-mode patterns, and support adults with ADHD through a trauma-informed lens.
I am active and collaborative in sessions, and I work at a pace that respects safety while still supporting meaningful change.
