I am a licensed clinical psychologist and the clinical director of Be Well Kentucky. I specialize in treating teens, young adults and adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety and interpersonal concerns. I work collaboratively with my clients to build an understanding of the behaviors, strong emotions and/or symptoms that are keeping you stuck. We set clear treatment goals to help you improve your functioning and support your values based living. I use evidence-based exposure interventions to support your recovery and help you create meaningful change in your life.
I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology with an emphasis in treating Children, Adolescents, and Families from Spalding University School of Professional Psychology in Louisville Kentucky. I use evidence-based treatment such as CBT, ERP, DBT, ACT, and more.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not yourself, therapy can offer a space where you are heard without judgment. I take a collaborative, compassionate, and genuine approach. I’ll meet you where you are and walk beside you as you work toward where you want to be.
