In these uncertain times, life can feel overwhelming—especially during a relationship crisis or when facing depression, anxiety, or loneliness. You don’t have to face it alone.
Since 2007, I’ve supported individuals and couples in my Sebastopol practice, helping them reconnect with themselves and each other. I guide couples toward feeling seen, heard, and supported—rebuilding the intimacy they long for. Together, we work toward clarity, connection, and lasting emotional well-being.
I offer a heart-centered approach rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and mindfulness. My work is grounded in decades of meditation practice and deep experience helping clients heal trauma and build connection with self and others.
Helping clients discover their inner light through the tools I offer and the care I provide is deeply fulfilling. Seeing hope, joy, and empowerment grow in their lives and spread into their homes and community is the greatest reward. I’d be honored to hear your story.
