I am a licensed psychologist, and a board certified neuropsychologist, with a practice dedicated to assessment and psychotherapy. I provide individual, couples, and group psychotherapy, for adults.

Currently, I am offering several Group Therapy opportunities. All Therapy Groups are "process" groups intended to build greater understanding of oneself and one's reactions to others. Some of these groups are already running, and others are currently forming.

Group opportunities include: 1) Men's Group (Ages 40s-60s) for high functioning, professional men; 2) Young Professionals and College/Graduate Students (Ages 20s-30s); 3) Women's Group, 4) Bipolar Group, and 5) Mixed-gender group for high-functioning retirees

This group is for high functioning young professionals and college/grad students, mostly ages 20s to 30s, who would like to gain insight about their feelings, choices they make, and how they relate to others. Issues addressed include: social anxiety; perfectionism; self-confidence vs self-doubt; isolation vs connection; becoming what you were meant to be; learning to identify what you feel, and put it into words; understanding your own anger, and how you deal with others' anger; understanding the patterns you repeat in relationships; and other issues of importance to the participants.
