My goal is to support you in building self-trust, confidence, and a greater openness to fully experience life.
My approach to therapy is grounded in connection and curiosity. I take the time to understand the many parts of who you are, helping you make sense of your experiences and integrate them in a way that brings clarity, motivation, and peace. I believe you are the expert in your own life—and I’m here to walk alongside you as a guide and partner.
