Hello, I am Melissa Francis, LCMHC and have been practicing since 2018. There are times in our life that we feel lost and are trying to make sense of our past circumstances, making us feel overwhelmed and confused .I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in providing support for grief, anxiety, depression, codependency, low self-esteem, adjustment related concerns, and trauma.
I believe that counseling should be a safe environment that promotes and fosters healing. I am committed to helping individuals navigate their emotional wellbeing by offering compassionate support. utilizing various therapeutic approaches (EMDR, IFS, MI, and talk therapy) I believe it is a collaborative effort between counselor and client.
