Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, significant life transitions or concerns related to self-esteem, we will identify strategies to enhance your wellbeing across all areas life.
I primarily work with those experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem or depression. I use evidenced based tools such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and often integrate mindfulness, self-compassion and values work- identifying what matters most to you! I also have training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, used to address traumatic experiences.
