I'm a retired military veteran who raised four daughters and brings deep life experience to my work. I specialize in helping people take accountability for their choices and make meaningful changes. My style is direct, challenging, and empowering—I'll push you to think differently while supporting you every step of the way. I practice Reality Therapy, which sees current behavior as choices.
