I work with individuals experiencing challenges with fertility, pregnancy, motherhood and postpartum mental health. I hold a graduate degree from Columbia University and have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing infertility, anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, as well as supporting the LGBTQ+ community.

Our 1 day workshop focuses on giving students the skills to balance school, work while maintaining a healthy social life. It helps parents give their children the tools to increase resiliency and have effective problem solving skills.
